L emplacement est exceptuonnel, le calme malgrรฉ cette position est tres appreciable, le comfort et propretรฉ des chambres, la piscine...

J ai oubliรฉ un pantalon et une veste dans un placard de ma chambre. J ai appelรฉ tous les jours pendant 1 semaine pour savoir s ils avaient ete recuperรฉs et si je pouvais passer ร  mon retour sur Miami. Les perqonnes differentes en ligne n ont pas ete capables de me repondre. 3 fois il m a ete dit qu un mail me serait envoyรฉ pour confirmer si oui ou non ils avaient ete trouvรฉs. Aucun mail reรงu. Compte tenu du standing de l hotel et du prix payรฉ, je trouve navrant qu aucune rรฉponse ne soit apportรฉe pour une demande si banale.

Lovely spacious rooms, also a fantastic roof top pool and bar area. Great air con - a must in Miami! We also got a great welcome at check in from Adriana, who was super helpful and managed to arrange an early check in.

No water in the room unless you wanted to stump up $8. Only hotel we used this trip that did not provide complimentary water. Also the only mirror is in the bathroom, not great for putting in make up etc

Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean and housekeeping ensure we had fresh towels everyday. Loved the rooftop pool, everything was great!
