The front deck clerk Gabby was amazing and so helpful. Every time I saw her I was greeted with a smile.

The ac in my room squeaked all night long. The pool was a joke. The staff was great. The breakfast was good enough.

We enjoyed our stay there for the weekend. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcomed. The only issue we had was the pool area, mainly the hot tub, as the jets did not work, and since it is an indoor area, the chlorine smell was super strong and gave us a slight headache after about 30 minutes.

The only issue we came across was adding a night. The hotel wouldn't honor the online price. When we got there, they had to check us out one night and then check us back in. It was inconvenient.

This hotel was in a nice area and had plenty of parking. The lobby was beautiful and the rooms were very spacious. Breakfast was great with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, oatmeal bread and waffles. The pool area was good, but the hot tub was not working properly while we were there. I called ahead to make sure it was working and they told me it was. When we went to use it, the water was nasty!

Overall, our stay was good. The only thing I didn't care for, was when we walked in our room, it smelled heavily of mens cologne. Like, someone had spilled a bottle of it, bad. The smell was there for both days that we stayed. There was also what looked to be pen marks on the comforter of our bed, like a child had a little too much fun lol breakfast was fine, but what I thought was odd, is the coffee station. They had coffee set up with sugar, milk, and half and half, but I remembered seeing creamer the night before. When I asked staff for creamer, they said they don't put the creamer out for breakfast, they only set it out in the afternoon for some odd reason. The pool area was also nice, but after swimming for about 30 minutes, we went outside and our noses felt like we were cleaning with bleach. The chemicals were very very strong in the pool.

Great stay. Traveling stopped for the night. Very helpful, kind and clean.
