"Overpriced and problematic"

Grossly over priced for what you get. They turn off AC at night. And you have to ask several days in a row to have it turned on again. Unacceptable for 1000 Euro a night. The staff are genuinely nice and want to be helpful. But cannot quite produce results. The property is a well done boutique hotel in an elegant residential neighborhood with great restaurants and all necessities nearby. The suite was beautiful with fabulous terrace. They must upgrade bed linens and towels. Thin and substandard for the prices. Pillows are a disaster. Flat and small. The food is mediocre and breakfast offering paltry. The “gym’ is a joke. In generally, a major disappointment and outrageous price.
