Hotel Gli Dei

Once we got there it was fabulous but getting there was a nightmare. Taxi to the property was 65 euro but took the bus to the train station for 10 euro. Taxis are thieves.

Lacking attention to detail and certain basics. No coffee making facilities in the rooms. Grubby bath trim and jacuzzi bath not working initially- when it did black residue was released. Over priced main menu for restaurant. Dogs allowed in restaurant, not ideal. No dedicated pool toilets shade and seat cushions not consistently available. Very rude member of staff ( no uniform) who loudly objected to pizza delivery outside hotel one evening. She could have politely explained regarding the separate eating area rather than shouting and slamming pizza boxes shut. Certain visitors seemed to receive a VIP service over and above paying guests. Positives- nice decor, nice pool and useful shuttle service. Receptionists appeared efficient and well informed. Overall enjoyable family holiday but would not return to this hotel.

Splendid hotel situated overlooking the town and a volcano. Staff were excellent throughout and the facilities were of a high standard. Highly recommended.

We stayed here in July and we had a nice stay. The views from the hotel were incredible! The pool was nice and clean as was the hotel. The staff was very friendly. Raphael and his girlfriend did a great job waiting on us and making us drinks. The other wait staff was very friendly as well. I didn’t get the front desk clerks name but she was younger, very pretty with long blonde hair and she was amazing! She took care of us every step of the way! She made sure we had correct information and accommodated us with whatever we needed. She helped us with a very scary taxi situation and made sure we were able to get back to the hotel. We had no issues using the pool but I did read prior to booking they have weddings and it closes during those. Make sure you check before booking to make sure. Also, Pozzouli is a hike from Naples. Taxis charge you double but the location is worth it.

Sejour super, le personnel est très serviable et très gentil. La chambre est top, la terrasse est bien. Petit déjeuner top. La vue est incroyable (vue mer). La piscine est top !! Tout est bien

Nice hotel close to the city

Do not stay at this hotel if you like staying around the pool. The pool was closed all week for weddings and we was not informed about this looks like we are going out exploring. Just put the swimming shorts back in my bag along with the sunscreen and my flip flops

Hotel eccellente. Personale disponibile. Stanze belle. Colazione ottima. Molto soddisfatto.
