Struttura Bellissima, posto incantevole, gentilezza e cortesia da parte del personale. Nonostante avessimo prenotato una camera classica ci hanno riservato una camera vista mare. Lo consiglio

Personnel d accueil peu accueillant On nous a demandé d acheter des bonnets de bain pour la piscine alors que la plupart des touristes n en portaient pas Au moment du Check out, la réceptionniste n avait plus de papier dans son lecteur de carte. Du coup nous avons du leur donner nos numéros de carte bancaire pour qu elle fasse le prélèvement des qu elle pourrait Pas un désolé pas un sourire ni un au revoir Pour avoir payé 340 euros les 2 nuits, nous avons eu l impression de ne pas avoir eu un bon service de leur part

L'hotel si trova vicino alla Solfatara di Pozzuoli, e non è facile raggiungerci. La camera tripla abbastanza spaziosa si trova in una struttura seperata dalla principale. Il personale non sembra molto accogliente, persino un po' strano. Al posto della colazione a buffet, ce l'hanno portata in camera con poche scelte a causa di un cosidetto "convegno", mentre gli altri ospiti non appartenti al "convegno" sono andati a consumarla nel ristorante.

La vista è impagabile, il personale sempre disponibile e gentile, la struttura necessita di qualche manutenzione

Hotel is situated next to a dormant volcano, I would recommend hiring a car if staying here, it's a fair walk and steep to get anywhere. The hotel is pleasant, staff are very professional however it is very quiet and I dont recommend eating at the hotel, the quality and price of meals in the local area is a lot better. The pool is nice and the rooms are clean with good air conditioning and the views from the balcony are probably the best in the area. The train station is a 20 minute walk away with good connections. 30 min walk to the sea front.

Hotel non semplicissimo da raggiungere. Ma efficienza e gentilezza partenopee dello staff valgono lo sforzo.

Da Hotel liegt auf dem Berg in Pozzuoli direkt an der Solfatara. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön und bietet große Zimmer, ein gutes Restaurant und einen Poolbereich. Unser Zimmer war sauber und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn man jedoch etwas unternehmen möchte oder die Strandpromenade besuchen will, braucht man schon einen Mietwagen, da das Hotel auf einem ziemlich steilen Berg außerhalb liegt. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, aber es kann draußen durchaus etwas nach Schwefel riechen, da das Hotel ja direkt an einem Krater der Phlegräischen Felder liegt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und andere Restaurants gibt es in Pozzuoli genügend, aber wie gesagt, man braucht ein Auto.
