Amazing hotel - all aspects of the stay are considerd. Guest service staff were AMAZINGLY helpful. We had a swim up family room which was awesome. The only issue was others trying to use it when they knew they shouldn't. Guest services were so helpful in resolving this. The feedback to make it even more special at the resort would be to review the arrangements for ice cream at dinner (one tiny scoop on a cone) some evening. It should be possible to have it more than one location, every evening and without being in a cone. A wide range of food was served throughout the hotel, sometime the temperature of bits can be a bit cold due to guests not shutting the lids properly. The snack restauarnt was also very popular as was the waffle and ice cream huts. We did the water sports which were also good if a bit pricey, told a price then told that was for Sterling not Euro's so the price then went up... Staff in all locations were excellent - Mehmet in the arcade room, Kelly and the gentleman in guest services, Ayse a server in the main buffet restaurant. Mini bar was filled daily and it was as if nothing was too much trouble. If they could sort out the mosquito's it would be 11/10! In the ampetheatre/evening entertainment and the outdoor space in the evening it was hard to not get bitten.,

My stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional! From the very first moments, you could feel the professionalism and warmth of the entire team. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the whole property was well-maintained and cozy – a perfect place to relax. Special praise goes to the Manager Aziz , who showed great dedication, genuine care for guests, and outstanding professionalism in running the hotel. Always present, smiling, and helpful – it’s clear that providing top-quality service is truly important to him. Thanks to his approach, the entire stay went smoothly and without a single issue. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hotel with soul and a truly welcoming atmosphere. I wos there on last year,this year and I will definitely return!

Animation team is very good, especially ceren and Burak. Pool side bar team staff also very good. yelda is the best. Great hotel.

evrything is amazing, i like pool , hotel is very good and personal is amazing. Food is so delicious and drink is unlimeted. we are so gratefull and happy.

I sincerely recommend this hotel to everyone, especially families with children. Everything is absolutely great. I would especially mention the unlimited branded drinks in the rooms, fantastic aquapark for every age group, evening thematic performances for guests (Turkish, Colombian evening, fire show etc.), infrastructure, the location of the hotel (relatively close to all the most important attractions of Turkey), unlimited ice cream and helpful service :) The cuisine is diverse, the hotel is located on a large sandy beach with a very gentle descent to the sea. The hotel is worth recommending with closed eyes 😀

We stayed for one week at the Palm Wings Ephesus a family of 3. The hotel is stunning situated on its own private beach. The hotel has its own waterpark that caters for children and Adults. The pools at this hotel are excellent and spotless clean. The hotel has plenty of sun loungers so need to get up at silly o 'clock to get a sun bed. They also supply Towels FOC everyday. The hotel caters for everyone's palette. It has a large buffet dining area, 4 Al La Carte restaurants and snack bar. The hotel also has a coffee area that you can get proper Barista and lovely pastries. Selection of Ice cream and Crepes available everyday. You certainly wouldn't go hungry. The beach is stunning. Soft white sand with glitters of gold. There are also sun loungers available on the beach FOC and beautiful Cabanas. I would highly recommend the water sports @okiwatersports Boris and his team are only happy to look after you and ensure you have the best time. I would highly recommend the boat trip with Caption Yigit it takes about two hours and you get to travel around Kusdasai on a speed boat. The rooms at the hotel are spotless clean and spacious. There is a mini fridge in all the rooms that gets restocked regularly with fizzy drinks, juices and water. all the rooms have air conditioning. The hotel has several bars our favourite is the lobby bar. where you can have beer, wine cocktails and a nice chat while overlooking the many swimming pools. The staff for us is what makes this hotel. Hakan the main man, Beige and all the waiter staff are excellent and always happy to serve you drinks and have a chat. Meryem makes the best cocktails and is always smiling and happy and goes that extra mile. Adnan, Volkan and their team (Burak and Secil) that run the Al La Carte restaurants they all work really hard and nothing is too much for them. They are happy to make sure everyone is well looked after and that you enjoy the Al La Carte experience. The hotel has 24 hour reception and the staff are available to answer any questions you may have. Guest relations Kelly and Yashir are available in the day time from 9am if you need anything or advice they are at hand to help. I would highly recommend the spa at the hotel. It is so relaxing and its lovely to have a Turkish bath and an oil massage. Resul is only to happy to help you plan your treatments and very reasonable prices. The pool is amazing so is the beach. The workers are nice like to girl I met Rose Who was nice and talked To me. The food was really good as well.

Ceren and rose were very helpful at keeping us informed about all the activities going on in the resort everyday and they made sure we never missed any activity.
