I really dont no where to start. I returned home last night and I still feel like im there. This hotel is magical it never disappointed one bit. A lovely warm welcome was welcomed by the bell boy who came up behind us while we was walking up the the beautiful driveway taking in the beautiful grounds. We had a fast check in and our room was ready very quickly which had the most stunning view across the grounds and beach and sea. The hotel is stunning absolutely spotlessly clean and the workers work hard to maintain it's standards. The toilets were of the highest standards which I didn't expected a hotel could do so beautiful. The restaurant had a huge range of food on and the food was how it should be, hot, with lots of options to choice from including an outside grill. The waffle bar had fresh good quality waffles and the ice cream bar was a nice treat and so was the gozleme which i found was nice if we wanted a light snack. The staff were very helpful and very polite. The lobby bar had a very good range of local and international drinks again a very could choice. The waiters was amazing in the lobby area always checking to see if you needed anything and bringing you drinks 2 waiters stood out for me and both of these waiters deserve were absolutely natural in there job. I was shocked that one had only just started as she was very experienced and for that purpose i would like to mention them they are Zahal and Hakan and they were in the lobby area. Kelly was amazing in reception very helpful and did an amazing job sorting things out with our Alacarte which was fabulous and so delicious. The table display was beautiful in the Italian restaurant to. Pools were beautiful warm and so many to choose from and I love how there not all on top of each other nicely placed around the grounds. The staff kept the swimming pool areas clean and always put wet sign posts out when it was slippy very good, customers safety was put first. The animation was absolutely fantastic wow. Excellent activities around the pool and the staff was very friendly getting all the guests involved and Barbie is so funny very helpful. Credit goes to all of the animation team for there hard work. Survivor was brilliant. Evening entertainment was very good always something on and I love how the entertainment moves around the beautiful gardens. So you get to see different scenery which is stunning. Waterpark again is fantastic we made use of that and the beach is spotless very clean nice and sandy and is well maintained to high standards. All I can say is a big Thank you to all the staff that made our stay perfect. But most of all well-done to the managers for getting this beautiful hotel to the highest of standards, you have done a fantastic job.

Don't pay for watersports. Rip off merchants took us on a tour of jack nothing - no snorkeling, no dolphins just seasickness. Awful ruined a an average holiday

Friendly staff and lots of activities for all family.Big thank you to twins Ceren and Irem for their special attention.Great mini club(Ania, Ayko) amazing animation team all of them are great. We loved their energy and enthusiasm to keep everyone part of activities. Nice facility and pools with aqua slides. Highly recommend it.

We had such an amazing week! We highly recommend coming here. - plenty of food choices - spotless resort - Yashar was excellent!!!

This hotel was a lovely stay. Pools great, aqua slides fab.and the splash park is fab. Never had a problem.with getting sunloungers. The hotel grounds are so well.maintained and beautiful. Very clean. The rooms cleaned every day. The rooms were spacious and great cupboard space and area to 'hide' cases. Mini fridge which has fanta, coke and water stocked up regularly. Shower facilities great. Hairdryer a bit slow but did the job. Animation team were great. Very friendly and encouraging. Good entertainment Snack bar outside ...one of the best snack bars I've been to....fresh pizzas, salad, chips, burgers Restaurant......utter chaos.....think it's just the amount of people it caters for and being the only main restaurant and it was understaffed. There did not seem to be anybody in charge offering direction for staff etc we weren't offered once our drinks and got our own by queuing which I really don't think is acceptable for a 4 star hotel, asking for cutlery and clearing our own tables, no wine glasses left etc .....just understaffed and not 4 star service. This was our only negative. Food itself was nice and a lot of choice, very spread out so we often missed things. The Italian a la carte was a very nice experience. Adan was a super host and the food was gorgeous, superb! Definitely book in. Just a shame you are only allowed to have 1 a la carte experience as there is a Mexican, fish and Turkish to sample. Drinks were just normal all inclusive standard. Nothing amazing, sugary cocktails and no prosecco to be had! The beach was lovely. And Chico was such a nice guy who arranged the water sports. We went on a boat trip and it was great and we also done the big pillow so the kids didn't fall off and it was great fun and reasonably priced. We had family photo shoot and the guys were excellent and super friendly who done that. We had a nice time

We've been at the hotel for two weeks. We really liked the hotel. The pools are great. The aqua is big. There are separate pools for adults and children. We usually stayed in the pool with the animators. We really liked the animators. The activities are great. You'll have a great time in this pool without getting bored. Barbie is amazing. Her energy and the fun of her dance activities were great. Everything was great, thank you.

Good points: The hotel area is good, beautiful and calm, Lobby is large and beautiful also comfortable, Foods taste acceptable and normal. Fantastic room view and acceptable size. Every where is clean. Acceptable water park. Weak points: Lots of children in hotel areas, means everywhere. Indoor pool was closed, it seems it’s normal till winter. Limited access to other pools, Relax pool just for 16 and above, some pools related to villas, one pool for activities, at last you just enjoy main pool which is crowded. Limit access to drinks even in main restaurant. Conclusion: Acceptable hotel specially for families with children and not recommended for couples or young people who want to have fun.

Just come back from a week here as a family of 5, with my son being a wheelchair user. Rooms We had a 2 bed room in the annexe which was great, mini bar stocked daily with soft drinks. No problem for us as kids older but patio doors onto balcony are in the kids room, so not ideal for those with younger children. Air con brilliant in adults room-freezing most nights, but not so good in the kids room. Shower only which made it difficult for my son who can’t stand unaided and we’d requested a bath. Food Breakfast and evening food in buffet restaurant not great. Food looks the part but nothing seems to go together to make a meal! Lots of random stuff. I’m not fussy at all and usually find something to eat in these type of hotels, but even I struggled. As we were there in peak school hols restaurant was always chaos. Tables dirty, always struggled to find one for a family of 5. Never once got offered a drink , always had to go in search of one at the bar. Ate one night at the Mexican a l carte. There was a lot of food off a fixed menu you didn’t get to chose so a lot of it went to waste as the kids didn’t like it. Food was ok in there, but nothing seems what I’d call Mexican food! Snacks: Food here was ok, more that the kids would eat, so they ended up eating here at 12 when it opened and just before 5 when it shut so as not to need to eat in the main restaurant! Freshly cooked waffles and crepes were nice if you had a sweet tooth and available 12-5. Water slides: My youngest daughter 8 was allowed on most of the slides, apart from 2 I think. Be warned the slides are quite rough as in they hurt your back on all the ridges, so no good for my son who has part of his spine fused with rods. They are open 10-2 and 2-5. Despite the hotel being busy you didn’t really have to queue for these and all the slides are in close proximity to each other. Pools: Lovely pools, no problem with the temperatures as previously mentioned. Plenty of sunbeds, but if you want to be near the front of the pool you’ll need to be up early! We never once managed to get them. Only reason for wanting this was the floor surrounding the pools is extremely slippy and dangerous. I slipped on the first day and twisted my knee and saw plenty of other people hit the deck, it’s a wonder no one broke anything. For this reason alone I wouldn’t return as my eldest son isn’t steady on his feet anyway so I was constantly worried he’d fall over and do some serious damage. Activities: Plenty going on in the day if you want it. There’s an activity pool where the majority of stuff takes place. Evenings we did the kids festival which was really good, inflatables, bucking broncho, bungee runs, characters, toffee apples, popcorn, churros. All free and included in the all inclusive. Other than that we didn’t really watch the evening entertainment as we tended to go into the harbour which is a 15 min drive away. We went to Hong Kong twice who do the most amazing Chinese and Indian food. Reception will ring them for you and they pick you up and drop you off free of charge. Even letting you wander around the shops / harbour after before taking you back. All in all a nice hotel. All the grounds were beautifully maintained, nice and flat and easy to get around which is a must for us. The hotel is out on its own so nowhere to walk to, but there is a bus stop right outside. For us the quality of the food and the dangerous floor surface would mean we wouldn’t return, but loved the area.
