Great position near queen st mall. Large apartment. Quiet.

No view as surrounded by buildings.

Very spacious, quiet and comfortable. Well-equipped for a longer stay.

Some maintenance issues, like faulty light switch. Toilet was running when we arrived.

Location

Everything except the location. Toilet in ensuit didn't work. When we informed reception, we got differing messages regarding if they knew about it or not. One thanked us for informing them, 10 minutes later a diffrrent person said they had been waiting to get it fixed!! Told to use second toilet but nearly fell off because seat wasn't attached properly.Exhaust fans and some lights in bathrooms didn't work. Worst of all it was apparent there had been water damage in the main bedroom which had been patched up. Room had a very musty smell. Carpet was mouldy, wall and ceiling were patched up. We woke the next morning feeling ill from breathing in the mouldy air. On reflection, we should have asked for a room change. Hindsight is a wondeful thing! Will never stay there again.

We were in a large & spacious apartment with a small balcony to sit on. It was right in the heart of the CBD, close to everything, including the central train station, Woolworths & and shops, and a major shopping precinct selling expensive brands. It's about a 4 minute walk to the riverside and ferry, botanical gardens, with a variety of restaurants and eateries to choose from. In the evening, the bridges down at the Riverside are lit up with colour, its really beautiful.

The apartments single beds had rollers on them with no brakes and were quite uncomfortable.

I was very happy with my stay. The service was very good, and all the facilities provided were clean, well-maintained, and easy to use. I felt comfortable throughout my visit and would gladly stay here again.

Unfortunately gym, swimming pool and spa was being renovated so couldn't use them
