Great location, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, good gym and pool. Comfortable bed.

Well situated and a complete facilities as a 5 star hotel.

С самого начала и до конца проживания, было все здорово. Нас встретил, дружелюбный персонал и помог размеситься. Да и вообще персонал 100 из 10 все на высшем уровне. Так же понравились завтраки (если вы остались на 3-5 дней, завтраки вам не наскучат). Также отличный выбор за доп плату в обед и ужин. Удобная локация.

Шумный кондиционер и нет возможности запустить свежий воздух

I always feel impressed every time I stay here. The staff are lovely and provide truly excellent service. A special thank you to Khun Chompu at the reception, who handled my check-in wonderfully and made the process smooth and welcoming. I would also like to mention the bellman, Khun Type (I hope I remember his name correctly). He recognized me and greeted me warmly, which made me feel very special and appreciated. This time I did not get to see Khun Jasmine. On my previous stays, she was the one who checked me in and always provided exceptional service as well. I was informed that she was working the night shift, which is why we did not meet this time. Overall, everything was excellent as always, and I will definitely return again.

Very comfortable beds and very clean room

Shower water pressure and heat vary all the time No where to place a second suitcase Refrigerator very small Most dislike the lack of sound proofing from the room above. Constantly hearing of foot steps above No ventilation like and extraction fan in bath room

Stand out hotel in a surprisingly interesting,pretty & quaint old town Hotel has got a colonial, cosy feel. Unusual for Phuket, feels more like Singapore. The lounge & common areas are grand & palatial Staff, typically of Thailand are just lovely. Food was superb & because it's away from the coast very reasonable Cannot recommend this hotel enough

Emplacement parfait à côté du vieux Phuket. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel. Nous avions des voisins de chambre bruyant la nuit. Nous remercions l’hotel pour sa réactivité. En 5 minutes, tout était réglé. La piscine est tres bien entretenue. La chambre est agréable et fonctionnelle
