Let’s start with the good things, the best you have is your staff, almost everyone was very friendly specially the room attendant, the staff at the buffet as well very friendly,we did not use the pool not even once I believe is just one pool for all that people, just not good for me,the must uncomfortable part is very small parking place near the lobby, the parking was outside and very inconvenient and far I believe for locals like me who goes driving their own car is very inconvenient,we only had acces for one a la cart restaurant, although not impressed with the menu we went to the fish market something like that, we waited like 15 minutes to be taken the order while another family was attended much more faster I believe some how the paid more attention because they were from another country, anyways the best part is when I asked for room service they told me at the lobby the hotel does not offer room service. Definitely not coming any more to this facility or any Bahia principe.

De kamer was ruim. Verder het personeel bij de receptie behulpzaam. Het uitzicht was erg mooi en het zwembad beviel goed

Het eten was van lage kwaliteit, vaak koud. Ik heb veel betere buffets op. Zelfs friet smaakte niet. Bij het halen van een drankje was het personeel vaak niet vrolijk en waren ze niet heel behulpzaam. De kamers waren niet kind vriendelijk, of babyproof. Zo zaten onder het koffermeubel en nachtkastje hele grote schroeven die naar buiten staken. Mocht onze kleine nou net het leuk vinden om er onder te spelen. Nu hebben we 5 dagen lang hem daar weg moeten houden. Heel A relaxt.

This will be my fourth stay we really enjoy this resort staff is friendly and accommodating . During the reservation process things were missed that were requested . Also we never received our bottles of rum as previous years and as our Expedia perks for any of the rooms our party (we had other reservations thru Expedia for family members) we did ask and they assured they would place it next day which they never did. The beach is beautiful with lots of coral for snorkeling. Only annoyance on the beach is relaxing and having to stop every few minutes to say no thank you To the hair braider, massagers and people selling items. Other than these small things I look foward to my next stay !!!
