I was able to go to the spa and the experience was great. The massage service was extraordinary, it was so good like I was in heaven! I totally recommend it to anyone who is experiencing stress.

Check in was very easy. Make reservations ahead of time for dinner. Only allowed 3 reservations? A little weird. Dinners were very good. A lot of flies present in buffet area. A little gross. Family did enjoy stay a lot. Have two young kids who enjoyed trip as well.

Property was great. Could use some upgrades to the rooms and fixing but overall great stay. Programs are exactly planned and fun to participate. Atmosphere was great no drama.

The property was ok. The food was ok. There were termites in our room and on the bed due to the cheap wood used on the furniture. The staff took care of it right away but I don’t plan on staying here during our next visit to Las Terrenas. The pool was the best part.

El hotel en general necesita un upgrade pq ya se ve muy viejo sobre todo en las habitaciones las toallas de playa está casi todas rotas y las de la habitación están empercudidas

The place is great, the staff are very attentive, helpful, and full of energy. The food is very good.

The property was old. The water was linking in my room from the top. My room all was linking water. The telephone didn’t work. My small fridge didn’t work.also my air conditioner did not work. They make a pressure on me to pay my transportation from hotel to Santo Domingo. It was the worse vacation I had in my life
