"Tinha tudo para ser perfeito mas não foi"

As areas exteriores muito bonitas e cuidadas, o café da manhã muito agradavel na piscina , os funcionários impecáveis.

A limpeza deixa muito a desejar, tinha pó em todo lado, os estofes do sofá estavam imundos, e o que me realmente decepcionou e me fez dar a pontuação baixa foi a cama de bebé. Pedimos um berço que nos foi facultado, porem era uma cama de CÃO / cachorro ( deixo a foto para os próximos pais terem atenção ) o que acho deplorável para um hotel com o nome e estrelas que o PortoBay representa.
