Location and comfortable.

Walls were scuffed, Carpet fraying. Very basic. Could do with a freshen up.

"Pleasant rather dated hotel in a great location."

Very central location just opposite where the Coach from Swan Hill dropped us. Many different restaurants very nearby. A short walk to the wharf to go on the Paddle Steamer

Our room was FREEZING and the heater in the Lounge area didn’t blow the warmth through to our bedroom.

Noise vehicles until 1pm due to its proximity. Daughters bathroom windows would not closed. Paint missing on ceiling repairs.
