The location and helpful staff

First room was nice but shower was really bad and the carpet was lifting up all around the room the other room we got was beautiful and big but the downfall was the bed was very uncomfortable and bowed in the middle and the curtain was not enough to cover the light coming in but overall that room was nice

He had no concerns , received a room upgrade which was very nice of the hotel, staff were very good and a quick check in ,

The only thing for both wife and I we needed to use both pillows as they were a bit soft for us.

The location and 'old world' ambiance of the building.

The lack of specific facilities eg bar within the hotel although they were located close by there were seperate. The lack of parking was also a minor disadvantage.

Great location close to shops and restaurants, easy parking and nice rooms

Close to shopping centre,restaurants and Murray River.
