Die Klimaanlage ging nicht, auf Nachfrage es geht nur die Heizung. Sie können aber Fenster ganz öffnen bei dem Krach kann man dann nicht schlafen.

The swimming pool area was very clean and quiet. Since it was winter, we mostly enjoyed the indoor pools during our stay. The breakfast was also very good, with a rich variety of options. The kitchen staff were friendly and attentive, which made our stay more pleasant. Special thanks to the kitchen team and the pool staff.

The parking area was very crowded and poorly organized. There was no valet service or staff to guide the vehicles, which made it difficult to find a parking spot. The location is also not very convenient, especially when arriving by car. The cleanliness and maintenance of the bathroom and toilet were not satisfactory. Following my review, the hotel management contacted me and apologized for the inconveniences we experienced. Unfortunately, after further communication they informed us that no goodwill gesture or compensation would be considered. While I appreciate the response, I expected a more guest-oriented approach given the circumstances.
