Dedeman Konya Hotel Convention Center

A hotel that lives up to the five-star standard. I don't know what I appreciated the most: the cleanliness of the room, its design, generosity of the space and the nice view of the city, the impeccable bedding, the large and comfortable bed, the outstanding breakfast with everything you want but especially with Turkish pies and cheeses, olives of all varieties and honeycomb, or the kindness of the entire staff. We have been there in December and the room was particularly warm and comfortable. The whole end-of-year atmosphere was enhanced by the beautiful winter decoration in the hotel lobby. Great facilities, very premium look and feel. Overall, a wonderful stay. I recommend this hotel to anyone who arrives in Konya, it is a truly five-star choice.

Opholdet på hotellet er særdeles tilfredsstillende, da værelserne er rummelige, rene og komfortable. Personalet yder en høj grad af service og fremstår imødekommende og professionelt. Hotellet tilbyder både restaurant og bar med et varieret udvalg af mad og drikke. Derudover er der adgang til spa-, pool- og wellnessfaciliteter, som giver gode muligheder for afslapning. Hotellet råder desuden over et fitnesscenter, og beliggenheden er fordelagtig med kort afstand til shopping og caféer.

The room was spacious, we received a special welcome as Booking.com guests. The location was good. The breakfast was exceptional. The housekeeping was the best by far. The room service was efficient. The reception was helpful and assisted us in English.

Service staff was polite, room was big and spacious

The Aircon didn't work and we weren't able to sleep at all.
