Dedeman Konya Hotel Convention Center

The staff were great and exceeded expectations. Room was a good size. The hotel gave us a plate of sweets in room on arrival which was unexpected.

Air conditioning did not work well in the room and the hotel is a little outdated. Pool area below expectation.

We requested a non-smoking room when we made our booking. Unfortunately, when we entered our room (on arrival) there was a pungent smell of cigarette smoke. Unfortunately, it was not cleaned thoroughly from the previous stay. The staff were very helpful and quick to remedy the situation and offered us another room. However, due to the room change, our son had to sleep on a roll away bed, which wasn't what we had originally booked. The buffet breakfast located in the restaurant (main foyer area) was SENSATIONAL! So many options to choose from and everything was delicious!

The restaurant on the upper level was very ordinary! Food was almost inedible and certainly not the yummy food we had already experienced throughout our Turkiye travels! When we advised the Matre'd on the night, he dismissed our feedback. The following morning, the lovely lady running the breakfast buffet was very helpful, who ensured our thoughts were heard and extended us an unexpected discount as compensation.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit toller Ausstattung, schnellem WLAN und tollem Frühstück. Hat eigentlich alles gepasst.

Nichts. Wir waren zufrieden.
