Great hotel, great selection of food for breakfast and the staff is simply amazing at what they do. They will try to do everything they can to make it an amazing experience

"Dedemann 2025 - 5 star hotel."

Very nice hotel and very friendly service. We have been returning to Dedeman Konya every year for the past eight years. It’s in the perfect location—right in the middle of everything. Hülya from Reservations is wonderful, and Özlem from Guest Relations always makes you feel welcome with her warm smile. Highly recommended!

The hotel is truly luxurious and exceptionally comfortable, offering an atmosphere of elegance and relaxation. The hotel manager stands out for his professionalism, warm hospitality, and generosity, which immediately made me feel welcome. The reception staff were friendly and approachable, making the check-in process smooth and effortless. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. The refined furnishings added a touch of sophistication, and the overall comfort made my stay very enjoyable. As a delightful gesture, I was offered a welcome snack along with a personalized message from the General Manager. This thoughtful detail reflects the respect and professionalism of the hotel’s management. I sincerely appreciate it.

The room rate felt slightly high, and we hope it can be adjusted to be more reasonable. The room was equipped with a central air-conditioning system; however, unfortunately, the cooling function was not working. While the weather during our stay was generally cool, at night there were moments when a bit of ventilation or cooling would have been appreciated. Since the window remained closed for safety reasons on the 14th floor, I would suggest finding a solution to enhance this feature. It would add an extra touch of comfort to the already beautiful atmosphere of the room.

"Shared pool w gym."

The swimming pool is a shared pool with an external sportsclub 'synergym' . Changing rooms and showers are all in the gym complex. So, pool does not belong only to the hotel
