Kristoff Hotel

Very nice hotel. Excellent location. Only 15 minute walk from the Palace and other attractions. Highly professional staff. Good value. I would highly recommend this hotel. I hope to return again soon. 5 stars.

We were a group of 7 Indians in our mid 60s. We stayed in this hotel for 3 days. The staff manning the reception were very friendly and helped us a lot. The rooms are spacious, breakfast satisfactory and staff efficient. The location is superb, close to trams, buses etc. There are many shops and stores near the hotel and we will certainly stay here again when we visit St Petersburg again.

The location is good, the room we took was large and clean, the hotel is basic 3 stars, small reception, nice staff, 2 floors , steps no elevator, the food is the restaurant near the hotel, the breakfast is a simple basic buffet . 15-20 minutes walk to the Nevskiy street.

Staff is awesome and available 24/7 at reception. They were wonderful and helped us order cabs/cars and helped us print tickets last minute. There is a bathroom in the public hall should you have to check out/in earlier than you are leaving the city. The room bathroom is clean and the room is modern and clean and has ac and heat and thick curtains (useful for sleeping in summer with the "midnight sun"). Hotel is in a great location right behind "restaurant row/Rubenstein Street. Hotel is about an about 8 minute walk to nevsky prospekt and mayaskaya metro station. Also a pretty close walk to the Saviour on Spilled Blood church, the necropolis of art masters, Galeria mall and the train station.

We stayed few nights at this hotel, The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms are a bit small and the price was high, I think it was because of world cup but overall I had a nice stay at this place

My Dad and I visited St. Pete for the World Cup. Kristoff Hotel is conveniently located near 2 metro stations and is a short walk away from the bustling Nevsky Avenue. The staff were helpful. Room was suitable. Really would have left 5 stars and not noticed any fault if not for this awful sewage smell that emanated from the drain in the bathroom. It was really bad. We closed the bathroom door, but it still wafted into our room. Awkwardly, otherwise, it was really a comfortable, reasonably priced hotel. The restaurant downstairs was also nice. Not sure if the sewage concern is throughout St. Pete or just our room, so it might be worth asking, because again, other than that we enjoyed everything.
