The hotel was well located. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Room was quiet and clean. The bed was uncomfortable for me and the likht in the bathroom was all the time turned on. Good for a short stay

Мне понравился персонал, расположение, кровать, наличие обогревателя. Не понравилось малое количество и неудобное расположение розеток, вайфай не брал с ноута, кое где нужен косметический ремонт. Завтрак улучшился в течении проживания. Я остался доволен.

Good location, nice breakfast.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. It's a block from the main street (Nevsky Prospect), half a block from the metro. There are several restaurants very close by and many more within two blocks. We took a tour bus and one of its' stops was within two blocks of the hotel. There is any shop you could possibly want within walking distance of the hotel. The shower water pressure wasn't the greatest but it was acceptable.They have a buffet breakfast with several different choices. The staff spoke English well and arranged a taxi for me. The hotel doesn't have an elevator but they only have two floors, not a big deal. Lastly, the hotel was very reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again if I visit St. Petersburg.

Príjemný hotel neďaleko stanice metra, v blízkosti na nachádzajú obchody a bary. Vybavenie hotela je príjemné a vynikajúce raňajky sa tu podávajú. A pleasant hotel near a metro station, close to shops and bars. The hotel's facilities are pleasant and an excellent breakfast is served here.

Together with my wife, we spent here 4 nights. Very comfortable bed, good and calm room. Very good quality/price. 1.5 km from Hermitage and city center. Trendy neighborhood with lots of restaurants and pubs.

The hotel was very nice and cozy, we really enjoyed our stay. At the beginning when we got there, we were kind of annoyed from the stairs because we had to carry our bags and we were really tired from the flight. The hotel is small but it's very welcoming which was the most amazing thing about it. The staff was super friendly and especially Veronica, she speaks English fluently and she helped us a lot. She gave us places to visit, restaurants, and told us how to get there. As for the breakfast, there weren't many options but it was understandable for a three star hotel. The location wasn't the best, you need a 10 minute walk to actually get to the shopping. The metro was close though, we didn't have a problem with it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This is a well positioned, reasonable in terms of price and well maintained hotel with good facilities. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The breakfast was OK but the coffee machine was less than wonderful!
