Le personnel a tenté d'arranger les désagréments et a fait de leur mieux malgré les nombreuses demandes des arrivants qui portaient tous sur le fait que : les volets roulants ne fonctionnaient pas et que la carte d'entrée dans les chambres se désactivait très souvent.

Impossibilité d'utiliser les volets roulants . Apparemment tous défectueux suite à un changement de chambre. Petit déjeuner très ordinaire. Aucun suivi pour débarrasser les tables , obligation pour nous et d'autres clients de faire le ménage sur des tables encore encombrées et donc tables non nettoyées après passage de clients. Panière de croissants vides, obligation d'appeler un employé qui a mis en cuisson à notre demande. Aucun contrôle de numéro de chambre pour accéder au petit déjeuner!!!!
