La literie de la chambre tv connectée

Problèmes volets roulants donc réveillée par la lumière, insonorisation des murs une catastrophe j’avais l’impression d’être avec les voisins dans la même chambre. Personnel de ménage qui frappe à 8h30 je dormais elle ouvre la porte puis la referme me voyant dans le lit , deuxième fois dans la salle de bain elle rentre encore et referme !

Je suis encore en train de réfléchir, j'ai du mal à trouver.

Première chambre cuvette des toilettes cassée, sèche-cheveux hs. Deuxième chambre , sèche-cheveux hors service, lampes de chevet hors service, la chambre sentait le tabac. Réponse de la personne à l'accueil " nous avons des problèmes de gestion.

Mauvaise isolation phonique des chambres, lit inconfortable, volets cassés donc restait fermés. Personnel peu accueillant, peu souriant.
