La literie malgré que nous avions pas obtenue ce que nous avions réserver c'était confortable.

Malheureusement étant arrivée tardivement nous nous somme retrouver dans une chambre lit simple, télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, pas de clés pour notre chambre toujours obliger de demander pour pouvoir y rentrer ! Impression que nous avons eu la chambre de secours !

Le personnel était sympathique et accueillant malgré les différents problèmes rencontrés durant le séjour.

Les volets de la chambre ne fonctionnaient pas et nous avons dû changer de chambre car dans la chambre 217, les prises électriques ne marchaient pas. De plus, l’eau de la douche ne restait chaude qu’environ 30 secondes

L'accueil on nous a fait attendre trop longtemps pendant que le réceptionniste renseignait une entreprise il aurait pu la faire patienter ou au moins nous dire bonjour Les volets fermés impossibles à ouvrir travaux en attente pour 35 volets d'après le réceptionniste Le prix trop élevé du petit déjeuner que l'on a pas pris
