Hotel en travaux, nous n'avions pas été informé. Pas d'explication pour le Wi-Fi Le badge désactivé au bout de 24h alors que nous avions 2 nuits. Mon époux a du se re.dre à l'accueil car personne ne répond au tel. Le dernier matin: la personne nous dit que si je voulais petit déjeuner: je devais payer car elle n'a qu'une personne et pas 2 d'enregistrés.On à eu beau lui dire d'appelerl es réservations pour vérifier:rien à faire. Elle a retourné sa feuille et à dit" ah oui la suite était derrière, désolé!!"

La chambre était climatisé

Une partie de l'hôtel a été réquisitionné pour hébergé des cas sociaux du coup le bruit, la saleté des lieux, les gens qui viennent frapper pendant la nuit car ils se trompent de chambre. Une autre partie de l'hôtel est en travaux, encore heureux que je n'ai fait qu'une seule mauvaise nuit !!!! Et bien-sûr, tout cela n'est pas dit lors de la réservation et les prix ne changent pas pour ces inconfort !!!!
