This is Seneca University dorms, this is not a hotel. There is nothing in the room, no phone, no cups to brush your teeth, no kettle for hot water, no utensils. It does have a refrigerator and microwave. Location is not very good, ran out of options. Not many food options around the area.

Just what we needed. Quiet and safe.

No glasses, cups, utensils. We were overnight only and had our reuse coffee cups but a disposable cup option would have been nice.

We went to see a jays game. Good place to lay your head for a decent price. Our room kinda had a weird smell. Very noisy if you open your window. It’s right by the highway. The building is clean though, and the rooms.

Maybe I missed this when booking but I was surprised to find that this is not a hotel-it’s college campus housing. Yes, college kids, dorms, etc. This is a barebones two-room unit that comes with a bed, desk, chair. The mattresses have seen better days. There’s no nightstand, bedside lamp, kitchen implements, etc. one set of towels per room and there is a tv but it does not work or compatible with Apple devices. There is a small convenience store and a Subway on site, but note that it’s not open until 9AM, so no coffee unless you’re willing to travel a ways. Surprisingly, the college kids were quiet in the halls after 11PM.

Staff very accommodating. Clean environment. The only thing I could say the should give paper towel and some utensils. Specially the store is quite far. Otherwise nice place to stay specially close to the subway and bus stop.
