Not much to do in the area.

Clean, easy check in and friendly staff. The beds were not very comfortable. Lots of noise too from the highway nearby. Otherwise a good stay.

I liked having separate rooms and I also liked the price and that they take visa debit to pay for our rooms.

I didn't like that they didn't have a pool or work out room. I also think they should make rooms specifically for hotel services so it doesn't feel like we're staying in a dorm.

To the General Manager, Please forward this complaint directly to the attention of senior management. My name is Shaker Alshrafat. I was a guest at your hotel for 30 days. During this time, I had to move between different rooms repeatedly, depending on the staff, because I was renewing my reservation periodically. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing for several reasons, which I would like to highlight below in hopes that this matter will be taken seriously: 1. Poor treatment from some staff members: I encountered unprofessional behavior and a lack of cooperation when I needed assistance or clarification. 2. Lost personal items: On one occasion, I lost some belongings in my room. When I asked the staff, I was told that nothing was found. Fortunately, the helpful and respectful staff member “Mr. Yana” accompanied me to the room, and we found some of the missing items. This shows a clear failure on the part of housekeeping. 3. Repeated loss of items: After moving to another room, I forgot some items and informed the staff immediately, but nothing was done, and my belongings were lost. 4. Poor housekeeping service: During my stay, I noticed there was no daily housekeeping. In fact, no one would knock on my door for days unless I requested cleaning myself, which is unacceptable. 5. Noise issues: There was extremely loud noise from generators below the building. The sound was so disturbing that it was impossible to open the small window, even briefly. 6. Unqualified staff: Some staff members seemed to lack proper training and were unable to handle guests' concerns. Their only repeated response was “no,” without trying to assist or provide solutions. Despite all of these negative experiences, I would like to acknowledge and thank the respectful and professional staff members, especially: - Mr. Kareem - Mr. Yana Their kindness and assistance made a significant difference.
