Premiere Classe Chelles

The beds were comfy, breakfast was basic but fresh and it was relatively cheap

It was like emergency accommodation the council might use to rehome people temporarily. We had our train home cancelled so had to find somewhere to stay, someone in our group suggested the Première Class Chelles as it was cheap and provided a bed. However the issues started before we arrived because the link for directions from booking.com took us to completely the wrong place 2km away. Once we arrived at the hotel the check in was straight forward enough but the room was like a sweat box, there wasnt even a fan to help move air. Everyone was in their room with the doors wide open because of the heat. As a consequence all the cigarette smoke also ended up in our room. The bathroom was essentially a tiny plastic pod which was so old everything was yellow and the surface of the sink was literally peeling and cracked. There was mould all around the soap dispenser (which was virtually empty) and every time we showered the water ran under the door (which didn't close properly) into the bedroom. The towels provided were so small they didn't even wrap around my 12yr old. Everything in the room was damaged in some way or another. We tried to get some water, the vending machine wouldn't accept card and I had barely enough change. the receptionist tried to get some water from the breakfast fridge but it had frozen so she shrugged and put it back. A kind gentleman (not sure if worked or stayed there) helped me with getting a euro from the receptionist so that I could get a bottle of water. The breakfast was very basic but was fresh. If you literally want a place to rest your head for a night and you don't mind noisy, hot boxes you can't swing a cat in then the Première Class is for you, just don't be surprised when it doesn't live up to its name!!

Rien nous avons du recherché un autre hôtel pour pouvoir dormi tellement c'était sale, on a eu peur de se retrouver avec quelques choses.

Tout, les photos ont certainement faite a l'ouverture de "l’hotel" il y a 20-30 ans. Plus rien ne fonctionne, tout est abîmé, l'hygiène laisse fortement a désiré. Pas de clé de chambre il faut aller a la réception pour nous ouvrir les chambres, Pas de climatisation, elle ne fonctionne dans aucune des chambres. 3 micro ondes noir au dessus et jaune le reste pour faire chauffer un biberon ça ne donne même pas envie de faire réchauffer la gamelle de son chien. On nous accueille en mettant du déodorant dans les chambres et en nous disant de bien laisser aéré.

Pas de carte pour ouvrir les chambres Du bruit jusqu'à 1h du matin et rebelote a 7h Véhicule 5h du matin Alarme incendie x2 a 3h J'ai réservé 2 chambres triples je n'ai pas eu celles ci mais juste 2 chambres avec 1 lit double pour 5 personnes Pas de serviettes J'ai demandé d'être remboursée c'est accepté mais je n'ai pas eu le virement encore

Location is good and beds are reasonably comfortable for the price

Upon arrival we were given the wrong room, during the night we had teenagers running around shouting- very thin walls/doors, breakfast runs 6-11am but at 7:30am we were told no more bread and no more orange juice… breakfast selection is already very minimal! Staff were not friendly or helpful. At 2:30am we were awoken by a loud alarm going off for 10 minutes which no one knew what it was…

La persona que me atendió cuando llegué al alojamiento, ni siquiera me dejó quedarme teniendo reserva y era mitad de noche me quedé en la calle, no busco ayudarme en ningún momento! Un total patan el señor moreno alto desconozco su nombre.

O cheiro do quarto é muito desagradável é insuportável.

Je suis partir me détendre avec mes enfants elle sont tombées malade .
