Euhhhhhhh!!!le petit dejeuner etait correct

A notre arrivee 23h30,le terminal carte ne fonctionne pas .avant meme de faire mon code carte ca marque un message d erreur et le mr me dit on va essayer a 0.5 centimes voir si ca marche,genre y a pas sur mon compte bon ca m a agacer mais encore ca passe je lui dit je reste là 2 nuits je paierais demain si son truc marche pas,sans deconner a 6h du mat le mec vient cogner a ma porte ,me reveille pour me demnder de venir payer par carte que maintenant ca refonctionne,ben super j en suis ravie ,je dormais mais bon ,en plus il fesait froid!!!la chambre est tres petite la salle de bain plus petite que celle d une cabine bateau,moisissure sur la porte sdb des enfants,chauffage fonctionne pas dans 1 des chambres,je demande de suite si ils peuvent venir voir pas de soucis mais je les ai jamais vu venir on a dormi sans,l autre j ai preferer pas garder allumer ca empestait le bruler apres dans la chambre,pareil la télé dans la chambre des enfants ne fonctionne pas non plus.je n avais tellement pas confiance qu au final on a tous dormi ensemble 5 sur 3 lits 90 je vous raconte meme pas .bref 1 ere fois dans un premiere classe ben ca sera la derniere aussi ,la prochaine fois j irais a B&B c est legerement plus cher mais bien mieux

La cabine de douche était très étroite et comportait des résidus de calcaire et des traces partout. Pas de brosse pour WC à disposition. Sol abimé, toiles d'araignée au dessus du lit, mauvaises odeurs dans la chambre...
