"Mauvaise expérience que je ne souhaite à personne."

Cette hôtel ne devrait pas avoir d'agréement pour accueillir des clients. Il y a de gros manquements sur l'hygiène, sur la sécurité, l'état délabré des chambres et l'intimité des usagers. Cet établissement accueille des familles dans le besoin, placées ici par les autorités dans des conditions lamentables, coté voies ferres ou plus plutôt cachées coté voies ferres, dans la partie de l'hôtel non refaite. Ma chambre sentait mauvais, le lavabo était bouché et fuyait, les interrupteurs étaient sans cache et les murs dégradés. La chambre n'était pas insonorisé et donnait directement sur les voies. Le téléphone de secours ne fonctionnait pas, le numéro d'urgence ne répondait pas.

Power failure due to a fire...three days no hot water .. no wifi... no reimbursement... no breakfast on Saturday which I paid for.... the worst Premiere Classe I’ve stayed in ... staff unable to help

"Très mauvais séjour "

Du bruit tard dans la nuit, cuvette des toilettes cassé et le matin au petit-déjeuner il n'y avait plus rien à manger, l'on a compris pourquoi il y avait encore de la place dans cette hôtel alors que tout les autres étaient pleins

La premier chambre avait des poils partout dans le lit, les draps pas changé c'était vraiment pas propre.ils nous ont changé de chambre sans aucun soucis mais l'hygiène n'est pas leurs fort

Rien à dire pour le personnel. Chambre propre et confortable. Cet hôtel fait partie des première classe non rénovés. Il reste désuet dans son ensemble. Robinetterie ancienne, miroir cassé, fenêtre qui ferme mal. L’envIronnement est bruyant. De plus on est obligé de prendre son véhicule pour trouver un restaurant à 3 ou 4 km. Quant au campanile qui fait partie du même groupe, il se trouve à 8 km.

Chambre très très sale proposée part la directrice elle même indigne de proposé cette chambre avec moisissure cuvette fondu en deux lumières cassé fenêtre cassé literie sale merci à madame la directrice qui n’a fait aucun geste commercial
