On était trois dans la chambre et il nous manquai une serviette, on a appelé pour avoir la troisième et ça a prit plus d’une demie heure pour l’avoir. On n‘avais plus besoin quand on l’a apporté

Breakfast was fine, considering I only paid a couple of dollars extra for it with my room (would not pay full price for it). Beds were comfortable, room was large, A/C worked well. Hotel is connected indoors to large mall which was a big plus. Some good food options in the mall. The location is good, but not terribly walkable besides the mall and the other mall across the street. The only real positive was the connection to the mall and its' restaurants.

arrived late and only one person working front desk, so a wait. First assigned room had wrong bed config and a dirty towel on the floor. we switched rooms but had to wait at reception again. Ground floor has no amenities, not even anywhere comfortable to sit. Mezzanine level had a small sitting area. There was a lobby bar there that was never open during our stay. Breakfast at the restaurant was not great, but ate it since it was included with my rate. Large window in our room with a giant ledge, but the blinds didn't work- window area had not been cleaned in god knows how long- it was filthy. Whole place is like a concrete bunker.

La ubicación es muy buena, el desayuno es excelente y el personal muy amable

El aseo puede mejorar, el parqueadero tiene costo adicional, las habitaciones son cómodas pero antiguas y les falta mantenimiento

Cuartos y baños amplios con buena comida y acceso a la plaza desde el piso M

Talvez la cama demasiado suave para mi gusto, te hundes, no tiene soporte en la espalda para los que lo necesitamos pero bueno eso ya es una cuestión de gustos hay quien si lo prefiere así

Está súper bonito, limpio y cómodo.

La mejor ubicación, cerca de un montón de cosas y con acceso directo a una gran plaza.
