"No chance to come back"

Service of the ladies at the front desk was very good, very polite and helpful

The rooms were dirty, there was a bad smell, and we found cockroaches in 2 of the rooms. I requested 3 non smoking rooms and one of them was smelling strongly to smoke that it was coming from the halls. Rooms were reserved for me and my family with one of them leaving without staying because of the conditions of the rooms.

No breakfast service

The room was absolutely filthy! The refrigerator was extremely dirty. The room smelled horrible. There was urine stains on the toilet seat. The towels still had makeup stains and the bedding was dirty and smelled absolutely horrible. The room was dirty from top to bottom.

"Horrible experience. DONT DO IT!"

Nothing.

No one asked me if I needed extra towels or anything! And I paid for 6 nights and only allowed to stay 5. The GM decided to try to make me pay an extra stay that I already previously paid for all 6 nights..they couldn't explain why I was getting charged .they made up 3 different excuses for why I have to pay and then when I broke down all the numbers and calculations, they had nothing to say. On top of that, they tried to threaten that I wouldn't get my belongings until I paid. In the end, the GM realized she was in the wrong and allowed one of the reps to come with me to get my stuff. They WILL screw you over and not think twice about it!! Especially when it's the GMs " day off " like we really give a damn.🙄

Staff was nice. Room was ok. Bathroom shows was awful. The price was good and we made it work.
