Definitely up to the standards of this business-oriented chain. Clean, comfortable, safe, good location, friendly and convenient services. A bit pricey for both reservation and services - most clients looked like business customers charging to their companies.

Hello. I could not have asked for better service; includes front desk, housekeeping, bistro/bar. Elevators worked well. Overall, my room was good. The bed and pillows were comfortable for sleep and relaxation. The primary room, generally, worked well for my needs. The nearby rooms were mostly on the quiet side, which was appreciated. The bathroom is in need of some TLC. Specifically, the toilet seat is loose, the wall towel hook (behind door) is loose, and the shower head leaks a bit at the connection, when water is on. Morning shower water temperature adjustment was fine. However, if taking a shower in the afternoon hours, I needed to wait up to four-plus minutes before the hot water kicks in. After asking, I discovered there was no receptacle for recyclable waste items, such as the aluminum & plastic meal/to go plates. Thank you.

Staff were pleasant, room and hotel were neat and clean. No complaints.

We said here for a wedding with our family of 7. We had an amazing time. My son who is 14, thoroughly enjoyed being able to work out in the gym which was available 24/7. All the front desk staff were an absolute pleasure and so very kind and helpful with all of us. The food service staff were also friendly and the food was amazing. We all loved that there was a Starbucks on premises there. We also enjoyed the bar 2 of the 3 nights we stayed there. The bartenders were very personable and good conversationalists, which is important in that field. The rooms were clean and comfy. I slept like a baby on the foam mattress and down pillows, and although I kept the room temperature down with the a/c, I stayed warm and toasty with the down comforter. We always had exactly what we needed during our stay. We will definitely use this hotel the next time we fly up for an extended stay. They get five stars from our family. The staff and hotel made our stay easy and comfortable.
