the convenience and ease of the location. Situated very close to all kinds of local shops, eateries, and right off the main road.

Not a complaint, but we are looking forward to our next stay when renovations are complete.

I stay here every time I visit my daughter, and the staff is more than friendly and helpful.

For a hotel that charges $250 a night when the main lobby bar and service desk Are under Construction . My first room was 138 even with the heater off. The unit just kept humming very loudly. They switched me to room 136 and the toilet bowl just ran and ran and flushed on its own and ran. Also, parking we’re full of ice and extremely dangerous when trying to get out of car to go to back of car to get your luggage out they did give me breakfast in the morning. I had the French toast which was burnt on the outside and not cooked in the middle. Very disappointing

Hotel is undergoing renovations. During the day it was noisy in the room because they were working on the floor above us.

My day was very nice. I was disappointed to find that when I got here your bar was under renovation. I was able to get a cocktail and the bartender was very nice, but I was looking forward to having the bar setting, not sitting at the coffee station.

Staff was amazing and very polite; however, My issue was the cleanliness of my room. The bath tub had mole around the soap holder and in the corners of the tub area.. the walls by the mirror in the bathroom look like someone spit toothpaste on it and it had dried up on it. The room had an old musty smell ( after we sprayed the room down it was better). The hotel was under construction however, the bedrooms should’ve been cleaner. The computer was unavailable and I wish the sister hotel beside it was offered to use for the inconvenience. The only reason I didn’t rate it lower was because the staff was absolutely amazing and friendly. For a in and out stay the hotel is ok.
