Overall, a nice clean hotel. The 3 star review comes from no early departure breakfast to-go option, no sheets or pillows provided in the room for sofa bed, and had to pay for parking in an non- city location. i. e. There is no shortage of parking and no reason to charge.

I liked that the hotel had a living room space, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. The cleaners never cleaned my room and parking was $10 per day.

Breakfast

They charged me for my stay and I still have yet to have my money returned to me. I was paid in full through you before arriving there and there was no reason for them to charge me for anything.

Staff not attentive when checking in, he acted like he didn’t know what he was doing. When I checked out the different clerk, was on the phone and s couple of people were waiting to check out! I believe customers in front of you should be attended to not someone on the phone! When I checked out ask is there a receipt, oh he said it was sent to your email! Ok…. Well when I got the email, that hotel charged me $10.00 extra for parking!! I am furious….I put the little sign in my window as they ask me too! When I booked this room total charge was $131.00; rounded off!! But I was charged $141.13; I would have disputed the charge but didn’t know as no receipt! This is not acceptable! I am 76 yrs old and on a fixed income!! So why and how can they charge for parking ??????

The person at the front desk had the personality of a dirty ashtray. The place was nice and clean, the room was comfortable and clean. the breakfast was okay. The location is inconvenient to get in and out of. No airport shuttle was a bummer. Front Desk said no taxi services in the area, recommended Lyft or Uber. Waitress at a nearby restaurant recommend call "ZTrip", which worked like a charm. I just made a bad choice of where to stay.
