Mirage Park Resort - All Inclusive

We had the pleasure of spending a wonderful holiday at Mirage Park Resort in Kemer, Antalya, from July 19th to 26th, 2025, and we would like to sincerely thank the entire team on behalf of our family. Everything was truly exceptional — from the accommodation and dining to the entertainment and general atmosphere. The services were of the highest quality and we felt truly cared for throughout our stay. We deeply appreciate your hard work and dedication in making every guest feel special. For us, Turkey remains the undisputed leader in tourism — and Mirage Park Resort is a perfect example of that. You are amazing — thank you again for an unforgettable vacation!

We visited Mirage Park Resort from 5th to 15th July 2025, as a family of five with members ranging from 14 to 45 years old. This hotel provided something for everyone, even catering well to those under 14. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by staff who promptly assisted with our luggage. Although we missed dinner due to our late arrival, the staff kindly prepared fresh omelettes for my gluten-free family members. The gluten-free restaurant was a significant reason for choosing this hotel, and I highly recommend it. As a family with coeliac disease, eating stress-free in Turkey was invaluable. Only guests with the proper green band can enter this area, which is monitored effectively. While my eldest daughter and I enjoyed staying there, others can carry their meals to the main restaurant to dine with non-gluten-free companions. Having to leave the pavilion to pick up our gluten-free meals was a bit frustrating. It would be helpful if staff could assist with transporting meals from the restaurant to the pavilion to make things easier and prevent any confusion or challenges when leaving with the food. The other members of the family were served their meals without leaving the pavilion. Despite this, the overall pavilion experience was superb. For activities, the resort offers a lively pool with waterslides and a quieter pool option. There are plenty of sun loungers available, making early towel reservations unnecessary unless desired poolside. There are two young gentlemen constantly skating around on rollerblades, serving drinks and bringing out fruit kebabs. Watching them zip back and forth was entertaining in itself, but they also really added to the fun of our holiday. They seemed to thoroughly enjoy their job and loved when guests or families joined in the excitement — like when they showered us with ice as they skated past, which was a laugh for everyone! Their energy, skill, and enthusiasm made a real difference to our day. I genuinely believe they are incredibly talented, able to skate and serve all day with such ease, and their positivity and friendliness were infectious. For our family, these young men, along with the gluten-free restaurant, were the absolute highlight of our stay. Their dedication, skill, and cheerful attitude created memorable moments that we’ll cherish forever. Beyond the hotel, the Bali Massage and water sports—jet skiing and a private boat trip—were delightful. Despite significant price increases in Turkey, caution during the parasailing enquiry revealed inconsistencies that made us opt-out. We suggest guests feel comfortable with all safety information first. Off-resort, visiting the Canyon via an open bus (15 Euros per person, including entrance fees) was a memorable adventure. Activities like ziplines or canyon swimming require additional costs, yet the experience was remarkable. While some reviews doubt the resort’s five-star status compared to European standards, I believe Mirage Park Resort delivers excellent cleanliness and service, even amid high guest turnover. A personal suggestion: swapping carpets—less hygienic amid high traffic—and upgrading bedroom furniture could enhance comfort. The warmth and respect from all staff, from management to the general service crew, made our holiday a fantastic experience. Thank you, Mirage Park Resort!

This was the best holiday we have ever had! The hotel is superb, from the rooms, to the food, which, was out of this world, to the pools, to the beach, to the entertainment which was fantastic, to the staff especially the chefs who went out of their way to look after us. My mother is Gluten Free, the GF restaurant was incredible. Thank you to waiters on roller skates who looked after us all day. I can honestly say this hotel is amazing, we will definitely be coming back. If you are going, enjoy!!

Great time with amazing amenities. I came with a 2 year old child. The pools and seaside were of course a big hit with her, but Bursa's Mini Club's crew were the best. They not only got kids excited night after night, singing and dancing at the "Mini Disco", but also throughout the day when they would visit the rest of the resort with all kinds of activities. The only downsides are that the Mini Club playroom needs a bit of an update as many of the toys are old/damaged. More importantly, the nearby entertainment stage is blasting club music all throughout the night, which is impossible to ignore when you're trying to get your little one to sleep. Request a mountain-facing room if this sounds like it would be an issue.

We had a fantastic week ! Just got home and i can still feel the Good Vibes of Mirage Park Resort . A special thank you to the Entertainment Team for the great job they do to make everyone feel the good vibes . Dima (Dmitry) , a thank you goes to you , those dart games wore legendary :) . We had an amazing stay at the Mirage Hotel — everything was absolutely perfect! The gluten-free section was fantastic, with plenty of delicious options that made dining really enjoyable for us. Our room was cleaned beautifully every day, and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The car rental man was very kind and made the process so easy for us. I want to give a very special thank you to Amin, who looked after everyone by the pool with so much care — I’ve honestly never met anyone like him before! Also a huge thank you to Bushra and the other lovely Turkish girl at the kids club (so sorry I can’t remember her name) — along with the whole kids club team. They truly made our holiday extra special. The children’s activities were absolutely perfect, and because of the amazing team, we will 100% be returning. Thank you again, Mirage Hotel, for such a memorable holiday!

We just came back from the holiday and it is honestly one of our best experiences. I am gluten free so I never had the chance to eat so carefree on holiday. They have a separate kitchen where you get your gluten free meal, and the best part is that it is already included you dont need to call or ask in advance (and expect to still mess it up like it happened before to me) Instead they are very aware for the allergy and celiac disease. In addition to that they have a great staff, everyone is friendly and proffessional, starting from the kitchen to the waiters, to reception, to concierge, the cleaners, the bartenders, maintenance, everyone is hardworking and very nice. In addition to that, they have a great great great entertainment team. An outstanding group of young girls and boys. Dymtro was a great person, he made my husband dance (which he never does 🤣🙂‍↕️) but at the same time he was very respectful, kind, without being too pushy and somehow he knew which pool games to get each person to do. And always encouraging to enjoy your holiday. My two year old daughter loved Veronika and Irem as well, because they were so kind and nice with her. As soon as she was hearing Veronika coming with her water aerobic class, she was the first one to go and join her 🤣. And as soon as she was seeing Irem (the turkish girl) she was always waving to her and singing baby shark. Irem always kept us up to date with the evening shows and what events are planned which was nice to know. They also had great shows for the kids, such as the Mini Disco which my daughter really enjoyed. In overall a great experience and we cannot wait to go back.

We booked primarily for the dedicated gluten free restaurant. The separate restaurant and dining area for coeliac sufferers is fantastic with staff on the door preventing the risk of cross contamination. The choices are very good and not limited as I'm most hotels and to have a vast choice of dessert and not just a chocolate brownie. The quality of the food was very high. We were very impressed with this hotel. From check in, guest relations helping immediately with allergy information and a late dinner on the day of arrival - we arrived at 11.30pm the staff could not do enough for us, while we were at dinner our luggage was taken to our room. The multitude of bars here are superb. The cocktails flowed freely and went down well. The animation staff work hard and are always very engaging, led by Dogmar, Dmytro, Yunis and the rest of the team work tirelessly and never seem to be off duty. The adult night time entertainment has been top class with no expense spared. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable with a mini bar included which is replenished daily. Pool areas are constantly cleaned with more sunbeds than there are guests so we weren't crammed together either by the pool or on the beach. We'll be back soon hopefully

‏ The Mirage Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff were incredibly responsible and attentive to our dietary needs. As a guest requiring gluten-free meals, they carefully prepared delicious and safe options for me. They even packed a gluten-free lunch for our departure. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the Mirage Hotel to anyone seeking a truly exceptional experience
