Mirage Park Resort - All Inclusive

Fantastic place to stay for a long time: the friendliest and the most caring staff ever, great service! we had minor private problems that were fixed in no time. All requests were fulfilled in less that 10 minutes. Thanks a million to Aleksandra and her fantastic team of ladies. Area: magnificent mountain and sea views. There's a mini farm area with goats, swans, ducks and other animals. Two large kids' playgrounds (one of which is a wooden castle) that have everything for kids to spend time outdoors. 3 tennis courts, 2 mini football courts, and brand new basketball playground with rubber surface. Room : everyday's cleaning as well as crispy white bed linen that is changed almost every day . There's everything what you need: bathrobes, slippers, toothpaste, brushes, combs, besides shampoo, body gel, hair conditioner there's also body lotion and extended hygienic kit (including razing kit), hair dryer, cosmetic mirror. The rooms are well-mantained. The staff protects your privacy, as we are late sleepers,our room was cleaned for our convenience in the afternoon. Food: it's impossible to stay hungry here. Various dishes to every taste, gluten free restaurant, patisserie, Starbucks service, various cocktails and snacks. I need a harsh diet after staying here. Great moments enjoying fresh juicy strawberries in February. Thanks to Mirage management,Chef Mehmet, D&B Ramazan, special thanks to cook Ümit who was always ready to cook sth special for us and grill master Armin, as well as pide-cooks, I'll never forget you lachmajune ( meat pide) . Free Additional facilities: there's a spacious heated pool, sauna, Hamam, steam room (great for winter holiday). Kids: fantastic Mini club with creative members. Thank you, Bush and Ire. for warm memories. Free Fast Internet is the greatest advantage, as we worked and studied online. It's quite difficult to mention everything, generally speaking, it's a true 5-star hotel with ultra all inclusive service. 6 weeks flew too way fast.

We were at the annex bldg the room was ordinary but the service was great food was awsome intertainment was great you all service was perfect Overall, I recommend this hotel تابستان ۱۴۰۳ تو این هتل اقامت داشتیم اتاق خیلی معمولی بود و غذاها خیلی متنوع بود هر شب یه منوی غذای ملل داشتند یک شب کاملا غذاها دریایی بود و فوق العاده خوب بود

Staff is 5 Star Service all the way around, but housekeeping wins the highest of the high marks! I was well cared for everywhere I went. The cocktails were fabulous particularly the Signature Cocktail pictured below. Housekeeping kept coming up with new ways to make me feel special. And the view from my room was beautiful. We came to your hotel as a anual cousin group. The people who works is hotel are very friendly and hardworking. We were very happy. The rooms are clean, the meals are delicious, spa and coffieur very good,indoor pool is very clean and warm. We will advise to everybody Mirage Park. Thanks for your hospitality .

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and the staff were fantastic. The quality of the food and facilities was top-notch. However, I couldn’t give it a perfect rating due to an experience I had with one of the receptionists. He attempted to overcharge us for a late check-out, and it felt like his main focus was on making a few extra euros. Additionally, during check-in, he was reluctant to accommodate our room change unless we tipped him significantly. This experience was disappointing and overshadowed the otherwise excellent service we received.

Aşırı güzel bir otelll

Everything was great, but for the price paid I expected a better food choices and selection. For example there was very little lamb dishes. Seafood was limited and tasted rather bland. I liked the beach, water and nightly entertainment.

The biggest problem was mosquitoes. There were over 50 bites on my feet and legs. It annoyed me for 2-3 days. This happened mostly at Mia Casa Bar. I informed the Guest Relations regarding the problem. She said they also received a similar complaint from another guest. She said pesticides are applied periodically but apparently it doesn't work with their application method. Another issue though minor problem for me was that there were almost no drink serve to the tables by stuff. They occasionally asked what to drink but most of time we had to ask or get our drinks from the bar. They neither know how to serve rakı. Pros: Drink variety and availability, food was good and delicious. Tidy, clean hotel. The other cons beside above: No dim light for toilet in the room. Very low quality toilet paper in the room for an hotel at this level.
