- Abendprogram sehr gut und Spanend, sehr gute Shows - Einrichtung für Familien und Kinder sehr geeignet - Essen war gut und Abwechselungsreich - Personal ungenügend, Service sehr schwach - Obwohl wir wegen Ameisen ein besseres Zimmer im Hauptgebäude erhalten haben, müssten wir letzte Nacht nochmals mit Streit unser Zimmer wechseln. Personal hatten leider Houskeeping vergessen und waren überhaupt nicht flexibel - Service Personal können weder Deutsch noch Englisch, allgemein sprechen fast alle lediglich rusisch (90% von Gäste sind ebenfalls aus Rusland)

Staff hardly speak English. Too many cats. Other than all was great

Mirage park otel, odadaki küçük bir leke sebebiyle bizden 300 tl ekstra ödeme almıştır.üstelik bunu aynı gün, sanki biz otelden kaçıyormuşuz gibi zorla lobiye getirtip Temin etmiştir.Aynı şekilde görevlilerin tutumu, bizim onlara bir mecburiyetimiz varmış izlenimini verdiği ve bu kadar müşterinin her şeyinden faydalanma politikası güttükleri için kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum.ailecek bir daha da gitmeyi düşünmüyoruz.

Séjour très positif. Nous étions satisfaits. Les repas sont riches et de bonne qualité Le service est irréprochable Les piscines sont spacieuses, propre La plage privée est magnifique (attention c'est une plage de galets ) Les chambres sont très basiques pour un 5 étoiles. Globalement, l hôtel ne mérite pas 5 étoiles mais le rapport qualité prix est satisfaisant

Overall I had a great time here and would gladly return. POSITIVES The food offer is unbeatable, 8 different times of olives, dozens of sweets, some of the richest salad bars I have ever seen, and unlike at some All-Inc resorts, here you can always pick up a bottle of water whereever you are The rooms are clean, spacious and fully functional (can not agree with the reviews calling it run-down..honestly everything is working and in a good order), the bed is super comfortable NEGATIVES Most of the staff is not exactly friendly (maybe it was just a long season for them), and very rarely speak good english (it varies from basic to not a single word) The massage/hammam prices are RIDICULOUS, I live in Switzerland, and the 5 Star Swiss Ski Resorts have the same prices...I mean 110 EUR (around 140 CHF) for a massage in a country where the therapist probably makes around 2 EUR an hour ... I went to a nice authentic Turkish Hammam outside the hotel and paid 1/10th of the prices, but honestly, I would have rather stayed on my resort and get some sensible prices on treatments Another problem with the spa/pool/gym department is that it is open daily from 9AM to 7PM, meaning you can forget your early morning work-outs and also you can forget to chill out in the sauna or relaxation room in the evening The interneet is pretty slow, and the block Tinder (quite strange, it is just a dating app, but hey)

В Турции не первый год, побывали с дюжену разных отелей. Если вы хотите спокойный, размеренный, не сильно шумный отель и собрались ехать в Мираж Парк? Однозначно советуем. Работает отель в формате Ультра. В баре второго этажа под живую музыку пианино, можно отведать ягермастер, бейлис, виски и коньяки не турецкого розлива)))... ну а так все очень достойно. Еда хорошая, фрукты и зелень свежие, сок ... сок пакетированный ))) Кофе прекрасное ))) Виды чудесные!!!! Хорошего Вам отдыха!!!
