Хорошее мнение об отеле начилось с ресепшена, где нас встретила милая девушка Юнона, которая рассказала об отеле и его концепции. Вселили нас в замечательный номер чистый уютный, с шикарной постелью со множеством подушек , на которой действительно отдыхаешь и высыпаешься. Очень хорошо организована сфера питания: богато, огромное разнообразие ,попробовать которое можно в течении дней 20 не меньше.Всё каждый день свежее и вкусное. Отличное обслуживание официантов. Море в двух шагах с шикарным пляжем и чистой водой.Об этом отеле можно писать долго, лучше не читать, а посетить его. Уверяю получите массу удовольствий и впечатлений.Спасибо всему персоналу отеля видимому и не видимому во главе с его руководством. Ждите нас на последующие годы.

Had A great time at this resort. Celebrated my 30th birthday during our 5nts stay. Had a great privite spa treatment incuding massage, turkish bath, coffee scrub, jacuzzi and suana for a very resonable price. food was good. nice evening shows. overall good clean resort. No complaints

Mirage Park resort leaves mixed impression. On one hand, the variety of food is very delicious and well cooked, beautiful view of the mountains and warm water in the sea. On the other hand the service is not so great, though this 5 star resort is pricey. Tropicano Bar on the second floor provides poor service. On September 13th, my group of 3 people came at 6:20pm. The barman didn't welcome our group. Two members of my group were served, and then the barman jumped serving other people who came much later while our 3rd member was waiting for another 10 minutes. The barman couldn't count other than in Turkish. I said we need 3 drinks, and the barman got only 2 for 3 people. In general, the hotel saves money on juices. There is plenty of tea and cherry/orange/apple Yupi beverages. The staff does great job to clean tables for the next guests during dining, but it is very hard to catch and ask to bring a drink. Everyone is focused to remove dirty plates, and it seems not enough hands to bring a drink. The room service didn't put a toilet paper a couple of times. Dirty towels from the previous guests were left in the corner. It is impossible to get asleep till the very loud disco outside is over by 11pm, and one day it was till 2am. Please, respect all the guests. We went in September, when the season is closer to the end, maybe that's why the staff didn't care as much anymore. Having said all the above, I would rather give a neutral rating for our stay, there are better hotels.

The initial greeting was great. The reception area is clean and welcoming and we were checked in quickly and then escorted to our room via golf buggy by the bellboy. We were asked if we had any dietary requirements and filled out a small form stating we're vegan. Why we were asked to do this, I have no idea, as the staff were very unhelpful regarding this. The restaurant is very clean and there are plenty of options, as long as you don't have any dietary restrictions. We asked for soya/nut milk, but it seemed that they had never heard of it before. The staff shrugged at us and said they couldn't help - there just seemed to be no element of customer services at all. Lunch and dinner options were scarce for us - our 3 year old really struggled and basically survived on chips for the whole week. Whenever we asked for guidance on what was available to us, we were fobbed off. Reception staff were also unhelpful and were unable to give us any info on local excursions, or even when we needed to check out! The swimming pools are very clean, the slides are fab and the lifeguards are super friendly. I cannot fault that side of things! The entertainment was really bad - we had high hopes for what may be on offer, but were very disappointed. The Mini Disco is on for 45 mins from 8.45pm. It's delivered in Turkish and Russian only, so if you are any other nationality, your child is likely to feel left out! The kids club is also only in these languages.

We as a group of 3 went to Tropicano Bar on the first floor on September 13th at 6:20pm. It was unacceptable for a barmen to serve only 2 members of the group and completely ignoring our 3rd member. The barmen all of the sudden switched to serve other customers so that our group had to wait. The barmen served 4 other people who came much later pointing how busy he was. Overall this left poor and unwelcome impression to our group.

Staff with Attitude, cheap food, nasty... and we got sick from the cheap cheap alcohol.

Fantastic hoilday great location plenty to do staff frienly food lovely would go again
