Residence Inn Aberdeen at Ripken Stadium

We arrived at the hotel at 2:50. Please note our Expedia paperwork stated check in was at 3:00. Marriott informed us that 3:00 was incorrect and check in was 4:00. I asked if they could hold our bags, reply no room. They took my number and said our room would be ready in 30 minutes. 2 and half hours later we went back and was informed the room was just finished being cleaned. We received a blanket apology. Our room had a malfunctioning door. It didn't shut unless you jiggled the handle. We came back mid day and it was left open by housekeeping. Luckily nothing was taken. I told the desk and rec'd thanks for letting us know. The location is incredible and for that alone they will always be busy. If my son plays in another tournament there we would stay there again but I would be wiser with my expectations. The cost is too high for poor check in and lack of concern for inconveniences.

My family has been staying here for the past 3 years for Baseball Tournaments, the experience has been a great one!

We has a 3 night stay for a baseball tournament at the Residence Inn. We travel most every weekend and this has been our best hotel stay to date. The hotel was clean, the space worked great for our family, the location was beyond convenient, and they had everything that we needed.

Great reception from staff at the front desk. They were accommodating and helpful with our baseball team of 11 families. The hotel was very clean and tidy. We would definitely return.

Great stay, staff was excellent, can't beat the breakfast!

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was best I've seen at a hotel (and I'm a travel baseball mom so I've stayed in A LOT). i did not notice a "hotel" smell in any part of the hotel, probably because it appeared that someone was always cleaning something...a floor, counter, wiping down the elevator. We stayed at this hotel for a baseball tournament and will do so again because you just walk out the door and you are right there at the complex! We were able to sleep in, even with an 8:00 start time. Even the pull-out couch was comfortable!!!

Only complaint was that breakfast was cold. What a shame, since there was a nice variety. The surrounding Cal Ripkin fields were very impressive. And I'm not even a baseball fan!

Residence Inns are always a good value. A good place to stay.

The Hotel was great and the staff was very helpful

My family stay there for four nights. Every stuff was very nice.they prepared nice breakfast and we enjoyed like at home.
