"Great 2 day stay"

10.0

We stayed at the Residence Inn for 2 days when we were in Aberdeen for a soccer camp. We had a studio with a king and a pull out couch. Nice size room and we were not on top of each other. The king was comfortable but the sofa bed, well, it was a sofa bed. Our room overlooked the small little league stadium which was cool. All the staff were incredibly nice. Highly recommend.

Very nice property and staff! Immaculate and thoughtful! Had a chance to speak to Dir of housekeeping, Joelia, and thanked her for everything! You could tell the staff takes pride in making guests happy & comfortable, in a sparking clean hotel! Breakfast was great! Arrived at about 1:30am and the desk attendant was friendly and helpful!

"Good"

4.0

I really enjoyed the surroundings of the hotel at Ripken Stadium, but I was very disappointed in the transpency of the hotel and their dog policy. We travel all of the time with our dog and have never had an issue taking him with us. This hotel charges a $100 pet fee, which was in small fine print upon reservation. When we were made aware of this policy at check in we had no option to stay and pay it or we would have lost the cost of the hotel room we had already paid. I would have much rather had the option to decide before hand if I would want to pay the fee or find another hotel that has a different pet policy.

"Take your family here!"

10.0

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Residence Inn in Aberdeen. Our stay starting out meeting Angel at the front desk who’s service was outstanding! Her professionalism and friendliness were a compliment to the Marriott level of service. The room was wonderful and looked out over a green baseball field and amazing athletic complex. We’ll definitely try to get back there- and hope that we find Angel at the front desk!

One nite during the off baseball season. Great reception, front desk was awesome. Really felt like a valued customer. Room [ 2 bedroom suite] was very comfortable. Might be fun to stay here during the baseball season?

"Didnt quite meet my expectations"

6.0

I was there in a suite with another adult and 2 kids.Did likelovely modern style, mini livingroom, kitchenette, large bathroom, but sleeping accammodations sucked. The queen size bed took up most of bedroom. Not much space to walk around bed.The pull out bed from sofa in other room had a horrible mattress about 1 inch thick, and no matter how you laid on it, it was painful, with springs coming up into your back. Once you pulled that bed out, it was impossible to walk around bed to make it with sheets and blanket, because bottom ran into dresser on which tv sat.Very poor space management! Silverwear in drawers included serving size spoons. Way too big for eating a cup of yogurt.
