Everyone was really nice and property was really clean inside but room smelled but we got some spray so that was ok but the bed was really hard and I did not get any sleep feeling like I had no sleep in the morning. It wasn’t a relaxing stay. I let the office know but they said it wasn’t anything they could do. I asked for mattress topper but they didn’t have any. So I would rate my stay a 2 out of 10 because I couldn’t get any rest.

This particular SpringHill Suites needs a refresh. The bed was uncomfortable. The toilet was unsteady. The surrounding roads and parking lot have many huge potholes. The price is way too high for the lack of housekeeping services and state of the rooms.

The bathroom sink drained slowly and needs some help. Also, the shower floor needs redone. We were in room #512. Otherwise, everything else was great.

"Staff was great. The stay would’ve been excellent if there was hot water!"

The room had no hot water. They were having trouble with the boilers.

"For Hot water, shower before"

All stays have been great until this stay. If you want a hot shower make sure you shower before 8:30am. I called down to front desk and was told they'd look into it. By the time I left at 9:30 it was colder than I checked at 8:30. I don't like to complain but I also don't like to pay for a room with no so much as a sorry or an attempt to fix it.
