The room smiled like urine. There were stains in the bathroom tub. Parking lot was a mess and dangerous to walk in. Broken concrete everywhere.

The staff was great. The free breakfast was great. The man taking care of the breakfast area was so friendly and the variety was excellent. However, the carpet in front of the elevator on the second floor was badly stained. Our room carpets were also stained. No liners in the trash cans and at times the smell of marijuana in the hall was horrible. Also the top on the toilet tank did not fit properly. The cost for two nights was a little high.

My stay at the hotel went by without any issues. The room was spacious and clean, the staff were helpful. The breakfast was acceptable. I liked almost everything about my stay - 9/10

The part I find unacceptable is that guests are charged a deposit about which they are not explicitly informed. Booking.com page does not reflect that, it is not mentioned in the fine print part. In my case the deposit was higher than the price I had to pay for the stay. It also takes 7 working days to get the deposit back. While this might be a common practice in the US, it is not elsewhere. 1/10

Our stay was adequate. Initially we were put in a room next to a generator that made a lot of noise. We asked to be moved and they accommodated us. The new room was fine except that there was no body wash in the shower container.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The only complaint I have is the location of the grab bar in the shower. It was under the shower head and the toilet was very close to the tub on that side, making it awkward to get in and out. Other than that, I was very satisfied.

Check in is at 3:00 and we Tried to check in at 3:45 to get to the Steelers game. They said they needed another 1.5 hours to get the room clean that I booked. They put us in another room. Tub drained slow so you stood in water while showering, out of shampoo and the 3rd floor smelled musty. Not staying there ever again
