Residence Inn by Marriott Philadelphia Langhorne

NO NO NO NO!!!!!!!!!!! I made a reservation for a handicap roll in shower room over three months ago. Called a month ago and spoke with Lori and requested again the roll in room and she noted on the reservation. Today, I check in online and send a message to the hotel reminding them of the room need and they respond telling me they DO NOT HAVE ANY ACCESSIBLE ROOMS AVAILABLE!!! As a Lifetime Titanium Elite member, this is why I moved most of my travel to Hilton, who came through and provided the required room.

I love the extra space, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite. Having the kitchen with a stove was helpful in boiling eggs for my grandchildren to dye. The beds are delightful. It’s very spacious. Also Very clean.

Unfortunately I have allergies and walking into your very clean establishment carpet fresh which I know was placed on the carpet caused instant irritation in my lungs. Also I would have liked to have seen the outdoor fire pit to be lit.

Very spacious, the gym was a plus for me and breakfast.

I think my room could have been a little cleaner. Just focus a little more on details. Outside of that everything was great!

I didn't like that the Hvac made loud noises, and the air vent was in front of the bed. The air was hitting right on my face, making me clog.
