The front lady at the front desk was very nice and knowledgeable of the area.

The bathroom had wet tissue stuck on the wall behind the bathroom door. It was gross

Location was great Staff was friendly Common areas were clean

Room was filthy I decided not to complain because I have 2 small special needs children and didnt want to be forced to move rooms and medical equipment. I cleaned the room myself. Only 1 elevator was working

Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we have ever experienced (except no bacon second day 😉). We were going to Sesame Place so location was ideal

The couches in both rooms (201 and 203) have seen better days. It was very uncomfortable and appeared a bit dirty along with the desk chair. We used towels on them before sitting. I also reserved a 2 bedroom suite but got a one room and studio adjoining rooms. It worked out for us but was disappointed we did not get exactly what we reserved.

The staff was very helpful and property was clean
