Nice location

Problems checking in, they said that booking. com never sent our reservation to them, so we had to wait to get a room and then they never told us you had to pay to park there

The hotel was clean, friendly staff, and great breakfast!

The hotel is right across from the children’s hospital and there was a few times the helicopters woke me up at night.

The mattress on the bed needs replaced. It is broke down on the bathroom side of the bed. That’s why we checked out after one night but had paid for 2 nights. Was told no refund because I used Expedia to reserve room.

A decent mattress. That one needs thrown away .A necessary place for my surgery the next morning. But the bed was terrible to sleep on.

The handicap room was very clean but the bed was to low to the floor
