"Great location but we wont be back because of how uncomfortable the beds were."

Location and staff were excellent. Breakfast was great too

Beds were very uncomfortable. Pull out sofa bed was unusable. No toiletries were provided and we had to go and ask for them.

The front desk person was amazing!!!

The fold-out sofa had a thin mattress. Not the worst but not very comfortable.

The layout of the room, the proximity to Ruby Memorial Hospital, and the cost. I had to be at the hospital at 5:30 am and I live 3 hours away. There is no way I could leave home and drive that far at night, so I wanted to stay somewhere close and reasonably priced.

Bed was very uncomfortable, sagging in the middle. Coffee pot in room didn’t work. Arrived at 8p and no one at front desk and I had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to come. No apologies from staff
