No bar saop available in te room , no Microwave, No water

Alejandra was THAT girl provided great service and was so nice. We loved her! She made our hotel experience great - hope we see her again!

Alejandra at the bistro bar was ABSOLUTELY amazing. However, I was extremely disappointed when I found out that the grilled cheese and tomato soup I desperately needed to overcome this hangover, was NOT in stock. On top of that, they didnt have the wine that’s on the menu in stock but a different brand. If you’re going to have a menu of what’s offered, at least have it available.

Alejandra was a blast! She was a great bartender and gave great ideas about the city and things to do! Awesome experience!

Beer bottles and garbage scattered around the parking lot is never a good sign. As I walked in, I watched an employee step over / ignore a literal grocery bag of piss. I’ve never seen a grocery bag of piss before. Stains on the bathroom wall behind the toilet (pictured), clogged shower drain, chipped and cracked tile in the bathroom, curly public hair on the floor in the corners. And this is the renovated/updated room. This isn’t your typical Marriott, don’t expect any standards here. It’s 2025 and this hotel doesn’t have a vent fan in the bathroom so when you shower, the whole room gets muggy. It had one of those ancient wall air conditioner units you used to see in motels back in the day, and the floor around it was all sopping wet! Ice machine was on the 4th floor, what the heck? Dudes at the front desk were untucked and sloppy, the ladies had ear buds in and were watching YouTube or something. Coffee is $3.50 in the lobby lol, and parking at this joke of a Marriott is $16 per day in WICHITA. Not a world class city, but in Wichita, where 60% of the city is parking lots. If you MUST stay in Old Town, Wichita, do yourself a favor and stay at The Hotel at Old Town. It’s 2 blocks away from this embarrassment to the Marriott name.

Location is great, over all a nice hotel..

Although everything was great, the only thing I would make a suggestion about is the shower heads. Horrible design, two adjustments and neither spray in a good direction. Several others mentioned the same issue. Easy fix though..
