Courtyard by Marriott Wichita at Old Town

La limpieza. En 5 días solo nos limpiaron la habitación dos veces porque indicamos en counter que no estaba limpia. El 1er día la excusa fue había ropa encima (y solo había un polo) y por eso no limpiaron y el segundo día que no dejamos nada en la cama, tampoco limpiaron, tuvimos que reclamar varias veces y limpiaron.

Parking right next to a dance club, NO FENCE, cars racing through the lot. Put us on the side of the hotel where the Mexican Dance club played until nearly one AM booming bass as loud as they could. NO OTHER ROOMS ON THAT SIDE OCCUPIED, place was nearly empty - could’ve given us a quiet room. We were there to visit my son who has been on life support for a week. No hospital discount, LOUSY BREAKFAST we paid $10 each for and almost didn’t get, had to get night clerk to make sure we would get it and still had to get breakfast someplace else. WORST HOTEL EVER. We Have traveled for our jobs for over 20’years and this get the SHAMEFUL AWARD. The people running it should have to listen to that crap that passes for “music” All night every night as punishment for their rudeness and deliberately putting us on the worst side of the property while they definitely had empty rooms. Bulldoze the place!

Wasnt expecting the additional parking fee. The lot wasnt even fenced/gated. I know the hotel 2 blocks away doesnt have an extra fee for parking.

Always a great place to stay.

Awesome she is one the best bartender I’ve had and also knows how to make a true drink thank you so much Alejandra you’re the best!!! If you want a comfy stay and be able to enjoy come here hit up my girl!!!

Parking

We received a “smoking charge”. There were NO smokers in our room. The manager would not return my call. When I finally was able to reach him, he said he could smell it and had to put in an ozone machine. Then I was told there was nothing he could do and to contact customer care. When contacting customer care, I was given a case number and told it was up to the property manager who said he couldn’t do anything.

This is the second time I've stayed at this property while traveling to Wichita. It is very clean, smells good, and has hotel parking that is easily accessible. It is right at the heart of the downtown Marketplace so lots to do. It can be loud late at night due to its location. You can hear music from the nightclubs and a lot of people drag racing in the streets on the weekends. But it has never been a bother enough for me to not keep going to this location.
