Staff was very pleasant and friendly.

Booked a suite at $280 per night. Was originally given a room that faced the main highway in/out of Prescott. The road noise was beyond loud-may as well sleep on the side of the road. Totally unacceptable and no one should stay here if they get one of those rooms. Since I arrived early the front desk did agree to move us. Someone got stuck with our old room and had a very bad night! The breakfast was a basic meal you would expect at any cheaper place and certainly didn't deserve the "good breakfast" rating. Lastly, this is a hotel in a small town and isn't in their downtown area yet they charged $7.00 per night for parking. Nowhere is this detailed on the Booking site. Yes it is only $7.00 but what a rip off and a "screwU" charge.

This is my second week out of four staying in this hotel and I have nothing but good things to say about it. The breakfast is delicious, the rooms are top notch, and the staff is so friendly and easy to talk to. Reese was exceptionally helpful! Overall, this is a great place to stay!

Friendly goes a longgggggg way with me. Check in friendly, housekeeping staff friendly, breakfast staff also friendly despite being quite busy. Location nice (albeit a few miles from the Historic Downtown), perched up on a bluff. It was quiet and comfortable. So, we did experience a housekeeping issue, but the front desk was appropriately concerned and took steps to rectify the issue. Understanding just how difficult it must be to recruit and retain housekeeping staff, we are willing to cut some slack. If we were to plan another trip to Prescott, this would be a top choice.
