Great place for an extended stay or an relaxed get-away. Good location near restaurants and shopping Clean facilities with an outdoor pool and fireplace. Studio rooms offer a complete kitchen with full size refrigerator. Very friendly and accommodating staff, great room service. The free breakfast buffet offers a very wide selection of food and great service with ceramic plates and silverware.

This property is inconsistent with the other Residence Inns I have stayed at. My room was kind of messy, as in the made up bed looked sloppy and pillows thrown on bed ( not placed ). The furniture was mismatched and kitchen was just ok. I had to go down to the front seat to get a bottle opener for my beer that I bought in the lobby. They didn’t have one either!? Property location was inconvenient and couldn’t walk to anyplace for dinner. Also, my room faced a busy highway that was under construction with work that went on at 3am. This place definitely needs a refresh to keep in line with other Marriott Residence Inns. Disappointing experience for a weary traveler.

Room was spacious front desk was helpful Tee had great customer service friendly! Natasha housekeeper did an amazing job with cleanliness we will differently be back breakfast was awesome as well and so was the staff

The hotel interior furniture and decor seemed updated. There were two lobby elevators but one was not working and there was sign indicating it was out of order. The hotel room itself was a nice space/layout however the tile floor in the kitchen/living room area were sticky. The bathroom tile floor did not look clean and there was hair on the floor. The bedroom window directly faced the main highway below so there was road noise all night. I wish I would have been notified of that upon check-in so that I could have an option for a quieter room. I tried the hot tub in the pool area at night. It was adequate (small in size - no more than two people could fit comfortably). I decided to get out of the hot tub when a large sewer roach crawled next to me on the decking next to the hot tub.

Our room was upgraded without needing to ask. Room was clean upon arrival and location was convenient to Costco, which is always a plus for us because we get our gas there. Staff was friendly and helpful. If we ever get back to Prescott, we will stay here again.

This Residence Inn is by far one of the best Residence Inns that I've ever stayed in. Hailly Mailes and her TEAM are AMAZING. I'm an Aerial Firefighter and during our team's busy schedule, they made us feel relaxed and like family. The beds are comfortable, the breakfast was awesome, their team were more than helpful, and the location was perfect.
